A beautiful young African American woman, Alesha Delacroix (Desiree Ross) reluctantly agrees to help her grandmother Belle (Sandra McDaniels) with her annual Christmas charity function.

Alesha hates Christmas and hasn’t celebrated it for the three years since she lost her beloved fiancé at Christmastime.

She only agrees because the event is to save Gramma Belle's children's clinic, so works on it with her best friend and event-planning partner, Christina Jimenez (Réka Lukács).

She also works closely with a handsome Brit, Garrett Graham (Jake Lockett), who, despite her reluctance, manages to open her heart to Christmas again and the possibility of love.

There is a crisis as the poinsettias have yet to turn red and they are needed in time for the Christmas Parade.

As she searches for the solution with the help of a local botanist Shawn

(Marcus Rosner) she is reminded of where her heart truly lies as they fall in love.

New York City based artist Audrey Moss (Holland Roden) leaves Manhattan and returns to her hometown of Springside Minnesota in time for spend Christmas.

Her Grandmother passed away four months earlier and left her with instructions for a Christmas quest to find the owners of five mysterious gold rings and return them to their rightful owners by Christmas Eve.

Audrey is also urged to team up with local private investigator and childhood friend, Finn O'Sullivan (Nolan Gerard Funk) and as her Grandmother hoped the two begin to bond over more than just their quest as they unravel the mystery, they discover there is more to their relationship than the quest

Carrie (Brittany Underwood) is a retired ballerina who now teaches students and works as the theatres creative director has to play hostess to a royal visitor, Prince William Weidenberg (Jonathan Stoddard) and prima ballerina Medea (Daniela Couso).

Medea is to dance in a special “Royal” performance of “The Nutcracker”, the highlight of the season.

Carrie is pressed into service working with the royal party, and in particular the Prince and finds herself centre stage in an unexpected Christmas romance.

On New Years Eve Andi Kelton (Erin Agostino) is given a lucky Jingle Bell by a handsome stranger (Joey Belfiore) who then disappears.

Just before Christmas seven years later, lawyer Andi shares her story with Jake Emmitson (Romaine Waite) on his Boston radio show and festive callers  start  to relate their own experiences, so the show invites Andi on the radio so they can try to track down the mystery man who she has always had romantic feelings for, but instead she finds a holiday love she wasn’t expecting.
