THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – A ROYAL CORGI CHRISTMAS (2022)

 

To win his mother's love, playboy Prince Edmond (Jordan Renzo) gives Queen Portia (Susannah De Wrixon) a badly behaved Corgi called Mistletoe.

The keeper of the Corgi’s Carrington (Shane Lennon) refused to work with the dog because it had no pedigree, so Princess Victoria (Julie Lamberton) hired dog trainer Cecily (Hunter King) to get Mistletoe under control.

Edmond and Cecily bond over the dog and discover a special love.

Hard working and talented Manhattan lawyer Hugo Spencer (Ben Lewis), disappointed not to get the position as partner, issues an ultimatum to his boss, George Vogel (Glen Grant) just before he and his BFF since college Madelyn McKay (Ellen Wong), are to head off to Milwaukee to spend Christmas with his long-widowed mother (Fran Drescher) and his brother Aiden Spencer (Chad Connell).

Once in Milwaukee, Hugo finds that his mother, as part of her role as President of the Carroll Avenue Neighborhood Association, has assigned them all with 24/7 tasks organizing the annual Christmas Eve Festival at the historic Carroll Avenue Train Station, which is how Hugo meets Patrick Ryan (Blake Lee) again, his high school crush, and their repeated interactions eventually lead him to question if a big promotion is as important to him as he first thought.

Megan Blake (Laura Osnes) leaves her advertising job in the City and returns home to Maple Grove to spend Christmas with her sister Sarah (Amy Groening) and her daughter Erica (Zoe Fish) and on her first evening in town she meets handsome bakery owner Aaron McBay (Christopher Russell).

After she is offered a dream job which requires applicants to know how to bake so she approached Aaron to teach her to bake and as a result they begin to fall for each other, but will they have a future if she gets the job and moves away.
