THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – A ROYAL MONTANA CHRISTMAS (2025)

 

In the New Year Princess Victoria of Zelarnia (Fiona Gubelmann) is to take on more official duties from her mother, Grand Duchess Charlotte (Gwynyth Walsh) which is a daunting prospect especially as she is  already overwhelmed by her royal duties during the Christmas season.

So she asks her mother if she can take a short break to clear her head in Montana where she once celebrated Christmas as a child with her late father at Peaceful Pines Ranch.

While she’s there she meets and falls in love with the ranch owner’s son Huntley Blaylock (Warren Christie) but after the Christmas Holly-Day Dance it’s time for her to decide if she should return home to her royal life and duty or stay and follow her heart.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – A SUITE HOLIDAY ROMANCE (2025)

 

Writer Sabrina (Jessy Schram) is given a luxurious suite at the Grand Fairbanks Hotel while she ghost writes a memoir for Grayson Westcott (Al Sapienza).

On her first night she meets Ian (Dominic Sherwood) at the bar, who is best friend and secretary to Lord Spencer Braxton (Adam Hurtig) who are in the City for a royal jewel exhibit, but Sabrina mistakenly believes Ian to be the aristocrat.

Despite her reservations about their social positions a relationship develops and parallels the memoir that is being related to her about Young Grayson (Gino Anania) and a young British girl Charlotte Ash (Megan Best).

So will she make a decision about her future based on stories from the past?

Christmas Angels, Monica (Meghan Ory) and Michael (Benjamin Ayres) work for the Christmas Connection Department and are paired up by Gabriel (Michael Dickson) against their wills to unite destined soulmates Daisy (Danielle Yvie Chambers) and Patrick (Francesco Filice) fall in love before Christmas.

The partnership is very difficult as Monica and Michael are very different angels, Monica is a by-the-book traditionalist while Michael is spontaneous and delights in earthly joys.

As their clashing styles miss their mark time and time again he encourages her to try hot chocolate, snowball fights, and dancing and there is an undeniable spark between them.

As Christmas Eve draws near the pressures mount with the treat of the department downsizing and they fear that their feelings will prevent them from completing their mission.

So is all hope is lost or will a surprising turn of events change everything at the last minute.

When she learns that there is a ridiculous Christmas Eve deadline for the sixth book her mum Carol (Juliet Colyer) suggests she stay at the mountain cabin of her Uncle Sterling (Rob Gentry) in Spirit.

She hasn’t been there for many years and when she arrives, she meets local rancher Dane Woods (Chase Garland) and his baker sister Coco Woods (Anastasia Jacques) and finds the town in a slump.

While trying to overcome her writers block, the three of them help to revive the Christmas Festival and steam train ride in order to restore the towns fortunes.

Along the way she gets romance and inspiration to complete her story and secure the future she deserves.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CHRISTMAS AT THE CATNIP CAFÉ (2025)

 

Successful California marketing executive Olivia Pierce (Erin Cahill) finally finds her dream condo but comes up short with the deposit so when she discovers her late great aunt has left her a half share of the Catnip Café in Felicity, upstate New York

Its literally a cat café, where customers can interact with the cats, and hopefully rehome them, what Olivia see’s is a Christmas miracle and is looking for a quick sale.

However her co-owner, local vet Ben Kane (Paul Campbell) has no interest in selling as he believes the café serves an important function in town.

Unfortunately he can’t afford to buy Olivia out but she can force the sale, but that would take longer than she wants so they come to an agreement, he will not block the quick sale if she is willing to help organize the annual Christmas events over the three weeks leading up to and culminating in the Christmas Eve party and he is hoping that getting her involved will lead to her changing her mind about selling.

While working together, a romance blossoms between them, but will that be enough to get her to change her mind?

She is assigned to evaluate mischievous 11-year-old Charlie Duncan (Cadence Compton) which appears at first look to be a routine case but things become more complicated when she unexpectedly meets her widowed father Jason (Andrew W. Walker) and then they compound the problem by falling in love.

Engaging with a subject or family members is strictly against protocol but falling in love is a definite no no.

So will she follow the rigid rules or her heart?

Journalist Beatrice Thompson (Meghan Ory), is no fan of Christmas and as she was raised in the foster system she has no warm cosy memories of the season.

However her lifelong best friend Emilia Rhodes (Lindura) is the complete opposite and they always spend a Christmas staycation together.

But this year is different as Emilia has won an exclusive Christmas getaway to the enchanting town of Christmasland.

Grinchy Beatrice is naturally reluctant to join her best friend but eventually relents and puts friendship first.

Then from the clichéd moment they get a puncture on the outskirts of town and are rescued by charming and handsome Ethan Crane (John Reardon) she is touched by the holiday magic surrounding them.

However while experiencing the festive traditions and the charm of the town she and Emilia begin to question what's real and what's manufactured.

So in the end will Christmasland help Beatrice have the magical Christmas that has always passed her by and will Ethan be by her side.

She tries to hire extra help but can't find anyone suitable for the job at short notice, but then Jason pops in to the shop, and offers to help in his free time between his shifts at his family's bakery.

She reluctantly accepts his help but as they work together, the pair form an unexpected romantic bond.

Single mom Maggie O'Donnell (Ashley Williams) is facing Christmas alone because her daughter Ellen (Kayden Magnuson) is spending Christmas with her father and his new wife.

However fate takes a hand when she crashes into a jogging stranger, Lucas Cavelli (Niall Matter) and flattens him with a Christmas Tree, breaking his arm.

She is riddled with guilt and accompanies him to the hospital, but that guilt is multiplied when she finds out he was planning to fly to Aspen the next day to go skiing.

As he is forced to change his plans she offers him the use of her guest house until the Doctor clears him for his flight back to New York.

So he becomes her unexpected house guest, but it needed some encouragement to embrace his new reality but eventually he thaws and together they overcome their revised Christmas, and she introduces him to her voluntary work on the army base and they find comfort in each other’s company and  a bond grows between them.

But what will happen when he is cleared to fly, will he crash out of her life as abruptly as he crashed into it?

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – UNWRAPPING CHRISTMAS: OLIVIA'S REUNION (2024)

 

Olivia Matheson (Cindy Busby) runs a gift-wrapping shop, All Wrapped Up, with her three best friends Lily Morgan, Mia Parker and Tina Mitchell (Ashley Newbrough, Kathryn Davis and Natalie Hall).

Shortly before the Christmas Gala Olivia has to make a large delivery in a remote location about an hour away, the Gala is especially important as All Wrapped Up are sponsoring the event.

When she arrives at the client's address she is stunned to be face to face with her ex-boyfriend Benjamin Hall (Jake Epstein) who she has not seen for four years.

After he invites her in for coffee they argue about their break-up and open up old wounds, so Olivia storms out and begins to drive home, but a sudden snowstorm has closed the road, so she is forced to return to Ben's.

Neither of them are happy with the situation, more so Olivia, as she is unable to get back to help her friends prepare for the gala.

The pair continue to bicker but as the storm worsens, they have to work together to get through the drama and inevitably their old romantic feelings resurface.

However will those feelings thaw when the storm abates.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – MERRY PICKLEBALL MATCH (2025)

 

Tennis star Luke Hollis (James Lafferty) finally won a major tournament after a long career in the game and at the press conference announced his retirement before heading home to Pinecrest Florida to his family’s Sandy Lake Racquet Club, however when he returns home, he discovers the club is about to be sold to a developer.

Luke is naturally unhappy, as he learned to play tennis at the club, and he had imagined taking over the business himself, but he is also unhappy that half the club has been converted into pickleball courts, and although he has contempt for the game it appears that Pickleball is the only thing that can save the club.

So along with Caroline (Zibby Allen), the club's pickleball coach, who is fighting to save the club, Luke agrees to compete in the Christmas Pickleball Tournament, which they need to win to save the club.

A tall order because Caroline has to teach Luke to play the game first, which is no mean feat given his disdain for the game, but she gets through to him, in more ways than anyone expected.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CHRISTMAS IN BIG SKY COUNTRY (2023)

 

Becca Collins (Rebecca Dalton) runs her yarn shop in Montana and sources the wool locally from the family farm run by her father Anthony (Shaun Johnston) and sister Rose (Tamara Duarte).

But the shop is struggling to make ends meet and her brother-in-law Josh (Mark Ghanimé) has to work on an oil rig in Alaska to bring money in.

After an incident on the rig and communications are cut off and they are getting not reports from the company in Houston.

So to appease the families new promoted PR Agent Logan Johnston (Olivier Renaud) is sent to Montana, but he soon realises he is just there to improve the company's image and after meeting Becca and her family he rebels against his heartless corporate boss Martin Hill (Conrad Coates) and  finds himself in the fight to save those on board the stricken platform and before long he and Becca are stricken.
