The
Prep & Landing Elves visit each house ahead of Santa (William Morgan Sheppard) to prepare for his arrival and place landing lights
on the roof.
Elf
Wayne (Dave Foley) has been in Prep and Landing for over
200 years and is unhappy when he misses out on a promotion, and then Magee (Sarah Chalke) assigns him a new rookie partner, Lanny (Derek Richardson),
after his previous partner got the promotion, he wanted.
Lanny
is very enthusiastic, but Wayne’s heart isn’t on it, so Lanny has to remind
Wayne of the Spirit of Christmas and the importance of being an elf in Santa's
Prep and Landing elite unit.
