THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – FIT FOR CHRISTMAS (2023)

 

After her fitness centre in New York went bust and her business and life partner Bradley (Stephan Miers) wants to take a break Audrey Parker (Amanda Kloots) heads home just before Christmas to Mistletoe Montana.

Her plan was to follow in her mother’s footsteps and teach classes at the dance studio at Mistletoe's recreation center but she finds out from her father (Barclay Hope) that the center is going to close in the New Year.

She is determined to fight the closure and comes up against Griffin (Paul Greene) from Skyridge Resorts who wants to redevelop the center who she dislikes with a vengeance..

But the more they bump heads at various events around town the stronger the attraction between them and she begins to win him over regarding the center.

Then Bradley turns up at upsets the applecart, so will she follow Bradley back to New York or follow her heart.

Driven Detroit sports journalist, Symone Gibson (Michele Weaver) is highly competitive, because she has to be in a male-dominated world.

After four years at the station she has yet to make it to the anchor desk but with just a week before Christmas she is given the chance to find an attention-grabbing story that could take her career to the next level.

At the same time she meets free-spirited freelance cameraman Iggy Love (Nathan Owens) who is with her every step of the way as she  chases down the stories and gives her courage, a new sense of direction and romance.

Physics teacher Kevin Snowdon (Neil James) hates Christmas so every year he takes his wife Jane (Shelly Bentley) and children Holly and Michael (Roxy Cornish-Sewell and Henri Charles) to Skiing in Scotland.

This year however due to an apparent booking mishap they are going to a tourist destination dedicated to Christmas and close to the North Pole, Lapland.

So his obsessive dislike for Christmas is put to the test especially when his nemesis Bob Johnson and his family (Brian Shaw, Charlotte Nice, Bobby O'Neill and Xavier Gomez) show up  and a competition ensues.

So it will be up to Christmas to work its magic on both families.

Heather Jones (Heather Mitchell) manages to wrangle all the Jones clan and extended family under one roof for a  Christmas gathering, but things don’t go according to plan, and all is not merry and bright.

As the usual dysfunctional, multi-generational family must band together when their celebration disrupted by a fire evacuation order and must rediscover what truly matters  during the festive season when bushfires strike and challenges come with unexpected circumstances.

Ellie King (Natalie Hall) was still mourning the loss of her husband and daughter, when she decided to spend Christmas with her brother Aaron Davis (Greg Vaughan) and his children.

In an effort to enjoy the holidays she makes friends with local shop keeper Mrs. Thompson (JoBeth Williams).

As she settles in Aaron asks her to watch the children as he has to travel out of town to purchase the adjacent land for farming.

But Aaron unexpectedly goes missing threatening to upset the season's festivities.

So it’s up to Ellie and her handsome admirer Deputy Michael Strode (Dylan Bruce) to find Aaron and rescue Christmas.

Single Mather Crystal Carter (Vanessa Simmons) is raising her seventeen-year-old son Kingston (AJ Newman) alone, which hasn’t always been plain sailing.

However she is surprised when he gets caught shoplifting the clothing store of their new neighbour David Brooks (Aaron Grady).

Although he could have turned him into the police, he decided to have him work in the store to as punishment.

Crystal is very grateful which is the beginning of a fondness between them and everything is going well until Kingston is framed with a backpack of stolen goods.

He protests his innocence, but David has lost trust in him which in turn threatens David and Crystal's new romance.

So will Kingston be able to prove his innocence and will Crystal and David give love a second chance?

Budding writer Peyton (Tori Anderson) returns to the family-owned home summer camp for the final “Christmas in July” week before her parents (Iris Quinn and Fred Henderson) sell up.

She also gets to spend time with her closest friends during a holiday themed reunion, Beckett (Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman) Janice (Caitlin Stryker) Dave (Matt Hamilton) and Chris (Alec Santos).

Also, and quite unexpectedly, there was her teenage sweetheart Thomas (Corbin Bleu) who she hadn’t spoken to since he broke up with her because the long distance wasn’t working for him.

Despite her better judgement romance rekindles between them as they stir up old memories and participate in the camp activities and rehearse for the pageant.

But will what they have survive beyond summer camp or will the long distance kill their romance again?

He takes her into town and gets her a room at the Inn run by his mother Gigi (Joanne Wilson) and meets his daughter Celeste (Juliette Hawk) then he offers to help get her to the best viewing point to see the meteor shower.

So each night they wait for the shower on the summit and get to know one another and the connection deepens between them.

But will the Meteors arrive?

And if they do what will the future hold for the Astronomer and the handsome park ranger Ryan?

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – SANTA TELL ME (2024)

 

Successful Seattle-based interior designer Olivia Spencer (Erin Krakow), works behind the scenes for a network TV show, has more than earned her big break with her first on-screen hosting the holiday special “Home for the Holidays”.

She has every detail worked out, but at the last minute the network hires New York based Chris Davis (Daniel Lissing) to produce and direct the show.

Olivia and Chris butt heads from the start after he changes the location of the show to her old family home.

While in the house with her sister Darcy (Jess Brown) she finds an old letter she wrote to Santa when she was a child, and a reply from Santa promising she'll meet her soulmate by Christmas Eve, and he will be called Nick.

The only problem is that she doesn’t know anyone called Nick, the she meets three of them Nick A. (Benjamin Ayres) a Brain Surgeon, Nick B. (Christopher Russell) a craftsman and Nick C. (Kurt Szarka) a fireman.

The only thing she can do is date all three while working with Chris on the special, but all though they all have plus points none of them are the full package and working closely with Chris she begins developing feelings for him.

The pressure is on as she has to choose by midnight on Christmas Eve or her chance will be gone forever, so who will she choose?

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – THE NAUGHTY LIST OF MR. SCROOGE (2024)

 

10 years after a tragedy occurred during a production of Dickens “A Christmas Carol” a group of former college friends reunite at the Crisp family winter chalet.

Hostess Chandler Crisp (Liz Fenning) her brother Teddy (Nicolas James Wilson), Photographer Tabby Banks (Skye Coyne) and her boyfriend Jonny Rose (Colin Koth), Tucker Posey (Adam Bucci) and partner Kelsey Kline (Kim Whalen) and baseball star Julian Cortez (Ali Zahiri).

Once they have settled in the group suddenly finds themselves being stalked and killed off one by one, by a terrifying vision of Ebenezer Scrooge, while Franny Lang (Coel Mahal) who refused the invitation lost her head in her own home.

So will anyone survive this terrifying Christmas and will the killers identity be revealed.

Accountant Emma Harris (Jen Lilley) had always loved dancing but then after a Christmas performance her friend Cece (Stephanie Siadatan) bought her a course of ballroom dancing lessons which she took too like a duck to water.

A year later she bumps into former professional ballroom dancer Leo Monroe (Matthew Morrison), who quit because he became jaded with competition.

However  his old dance teacher, choreographer Henry (Paul Freeman) convinces him to compete in this year's pro-am dance competition in Paris.

All he has to do is find a partner, and quite by chance, newly unemployed Emma happens to be present at the club where he is auditioning potential dance partners.

After Leo dances with Emma, he asks her to partner him in Paris, for her it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity so she agrees and it opens up an even greater chance for her, the chance of true love.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – BUMP: A CHRISTMAS FILM (2025)

 

Rosa Flores (Paula Garcia) takes the whole Chalmers-Davis family to Colombia for a Christmas cruise so they can see her homeland.

So what could possibly go wrong when the extended family head to South American, with family tensions, an eight weeks old baby and cultural differences. Hopes of a peaceful festive family reunion are bound to unravel in typically chaotic way.

 

Nathalie Morris, Claudia Karvan, Carlos Sanson Jr, Angus Sampson, Christian Byers, Ava Cannon and Anita Hegh also star.
