THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – MISTLETOE CONNECTION (2023)

 

Christmas enthusiast Kate Snow (Jessica Sipos) and loves everything about it, the traditions, decorations, sweaters, costumes, literally everything.

But this Christmas dark clouds are looming over Founders Square where her shop, Treasures from the Heart, is in the crosshairs of a developer.

Then one morning she has a meet cute moment with a handsome stranger on a bus when she was dressed as a Christmas elf but never exchanged names or numbers.

His name was Mark Goodwin (Markian Tarasiuk) who is also a Christmas fan and the next time they meet is in her store, but it turns out that he works for the developer that wants to close her shop.

Despite the fact that they are on opposite sides the mutual attraction continues and a holiday romance ensues, but it will take a lot of Christmas magic for them to be together, but Christmas magic can happen.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – THE PRINCESS SWITCH 3: (2021)

 

It’s another Christmas and Queen Margaret and Princess Stacy are co-hosting an International Christmas festival and the Vatican has loaned them a priceless relic, The Star of Peace, which once belonged to St Nicholas himself.

It was delivered by members of the Swiss Guard and Cardinal Aked Amoah (Femi Elufowoju Jr.).

Disaster strikes unexpectedly however when the Star is stolen so they must turn to the only criminal they know, Cousin Fiona Penbroke and her accomplices, Reggie and Mindy (Ricky Norwood and Florence Hall) and a face from her past Peter Maxwell (Remy Hii).

They soon identify the culprit as Hunter Cunard (Will Kemp) so Fiona engineers an invitation to a Christmas Party he is throwing, so the team can steal back the Star with Prince Edwards driver Frank (Mark Fleischmann) as getaway driver, and Mrs. Donatelli (Suanne Braun) has to transform Margaret and Stacy into Fiona for different reasons.

So will they all succeed in their endeavours and will romance blossom or will there be another switch.

In order to give Margaret and Kevin a chance to talk the two women switch again for a day and plan to switch back again in time for the coronation.

Unfortunately Cousin Fiona of Penbroke and her accomplices, Reggie and Mindy (Ricky Norwood and Florence Hall) kidnap Stacy, believing her to be Margaret so that Fiona can be Crowned and embezzle a large sum of money.

So it’s up to Margaret, Prince Edward, Mrs. Donatelli (Suanne Braun) and Driver Frank (Mark Fleischmann) to rescue Stacy and save the day.

So when her sous chef and best friend, Kevin Richards

(Nick Sagar) and his daughter Olivia (Alexa Adeosun) tell her she has been accepted for a baking competition in the kingdom of Belgravia she is reluctant to accept but eventually agrees.

Quite by chance, while she prepares for the Royal Christmas Baking Contest, she comes face to face with her double, Lady Margaret Delacourt of Montenaro, the dutiful, free-spirited fiancée of Crown Prince Edward (Sam Palladio) of Belgravia.

Once over the initial shock Margaret explains that she just wants one last chance to experience life as a “normal person” before duty dictates, she marries a man she has never met.

As Prince Edward is going to be abroad for the next two days Stacy agrees to switch lives, as long as they switch back before the contest.

Things don’t quite go to plan as the Prince changes his plans in order to spend time with his bride to be, and then Edward and Stacy fall for each other as do Margaret and Kevin, but what will happen when the truth comes out?
