Eric and Stephanie Kroger (Mike Canestaro and Amy Taint) head to the old family home for their usual Christmas vacation in the house built by “Grandpa” (Geoff Burkman), with their daughters Sally, Peggy and Tippie (Marylee Osborne Erin R. Ryan and Serendipity Lynch).

Everyone is excited about the trip apart from eldest daughter Sally who is a cynical college student who was very close to “Grampa” and is in danger of ruining the holiday for everyone until she is visited by a Christmas Spirit called Chips (Henrique Couto) who magically transforms her into a bulldog called Arthur.

It’s while she is trapped in her canine form that she gets to hear from her family how missed and loved she is and learns what makes her family tick and experiences the true meaning of Christmas.
