Single
mother Roz Mckenzie (Noree Victoria) is struggling with the bills and then she
loses her teaching job, and her ex-husband Dalton (Blue Kimble) isn’t paying
his child support, so she asks for a miracle for her and her daughter Esta (Nadia
Simms) during Christmas.
She
is offered guidance from Pastor Noel
Preston (Javon Johnson) who helps her through her difficulties which ultimately
leads to the whole family having a happy Christmas.
Thirty-year-old
Madison O'Hara (Alys Crocker) dreams of being a singer-songwriter but instead performs
as a singing performer for her own busy event company.
As
Christmas approaches, she is dressed as a singing Elf for Christmas parties
with her best friend Cooper (David Pinard).
After
breaking up with her successful though inattentive boyfriend Luke (Ish Morris) she sits in the park waiting for
Cooper to pick her up she has a conversation with Santa (Stephen Davis) about
her perfect match, and he suggests that there's a perfectly “Un-Perfect” match in
her life already.
Emily
Strauss (Emily Kinney), of Strauss and Strauss events planners, which she runs with
her mother Olive (Deanne Bray),is hired by shopping mall magnate Ed Mancini (Patrick
Cassidy) who is hosting a Christmas Gala for his biggest investors.
He
has just sacked his previous planning firm, because they couldn’t come up with
the perfect Santa, so Emily heads to Santa Bootcamp run by the formidable Belle
(Rita Moreno), to find the perfect Santa Claus but Belle makes her sign up for
the coarse.
While
she’s there she meets chef Aiden (Justin Gaston) and Belle keeps pushing them
together and as the coarse goes on they are both forced to reevaluate their
goals.
Kelsey
Wilson (Jocelyn Hudon) gets her big break when her beloved cousin Emily (Rebecca
Dalton) hires her to plan her lavish society Christmas Wedding to Todd (Eric
Hicks).
With
the days passing by towards the event everything is going according to plan until
handsome private investigator, Connor McClane, turns everything upside-down
when she tells him she has been hired to investigate the groom, and he
persuades her to help him.
In
the process Connor manages to disrupt the rapidly approaching nuptials but wins
Kelsey's heart along the way.

Interior
designer Grace (Jen Lilley) runs a blossoming design business called K&R
Interiors in Ivy Glen, with her best friend Olivia (Melanie Leishman) and her
older brother Jack (Steve Belford) who is also Olivia's husband.
Grace
is single and content with her life, she is in the friendzone with old
schoolfriend Quinn (René Escobar Jr.), and is resigned to a single life, then
she reunites with former love Ryan (Nick Bateman), a successful New York City
financial advisor, back in town at Christmas to sell his grandmother’s old house.
Old
feelings are rekindled as they work on the “Ribbons and Bows” charity event together,
but will he change his plans for the future.
