THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CHRISTMAS LIST OF BLESSINGS (2025)

Hannah (Rhiann Duncan) is an illustrator of a Children’s Book series  but really wants to develop a Christmas book series that emphasises the place of Jesus in the Christmas season but she keeps getting her ideas shot down by her boss.

Then she discovers a list of prayers written by a young girl Caroline (Madeleine Cox) and all the heartfelt prayers are to Jesus, requesting blessings for her family and friends, there is even one for her widowed father Wes (Christopher Russell) to find someone special.

She secretly decides to fulfil the wishes and finds renewed creativity and creates the character of Adeline the angel character for a children’s book.

As she works on the prayer list, she grows close to Caroline and her father but what will happen when the truth comes out about who is really granting the wishes?

A newly divorced mom Victoria Murray (Rebecca Casselman) moves back to North Pole, Alaska, with her daughters Olivia and Annette (Claire and Irene Casselman).

But as she looks for a job and struggles to heal it is obvious there is more than just friendship between her and Kevin, but she is reluctant to pursue it.

So with feelings rekindled will she ever be able to trust again?

While they search photos and documents about young Marguerite (Amanda Jordan) and Duke (Adrian Spencer) they heal old wounds and open closed hearts.

Bestselling writer Piper Davis (Kathryn Davis) is invited back to her old hometown by her old teacher Margaret Smith (Jill Frappier) who also wrote a classic Christmas Novel.

Piper has been invited to Mistletoe Hall along with high school friends Esme Lin (Victoria Sawal), Jamie Martinez (Nile Seguin) and ex-boyfriend Dawson (Jonathan Stoddard).

Margaret tells them that she is retiring and planning on moving to France where she hopes to write a follow up to her first book and intends leaving Mistletoe Hall to one of the four after they compete to  unravel a series of festive clues and heartfelt challenges.

At first things are very frosty between Piper and Dawson because of the way they parted years before but as they warm to their task they warm to each other, but who will win the big prize?

Big time Pro Footballer Jesse Winchester (Michael Patrick Lane) has a blown-out knee, so he returns to her hometown in the run up to Christmas and is reunited with his former fiancé Annika Marshall (Ashley Atwood).

It is a frosty encounter because a week after becoming engaged in college he was drafted into the NFL and never came back.
