Illusionist Ally (Emilie Ullerup), AKA “Ally the Disappearer”, doesn't actually believe in magic, especially not Christmas Magic, but then she doesn't like Christmas.

However with Christmas approaching her manager, Pat (Jinesea Bianca Lewis) tries to encourage her to incorporate some reference to Christmas magic in her shows, but Ally resists.

On her way to perform at the biggest gig in her career in Las Vegas she stops in the small town of Miracle, CO, to do a highly publicized warm-up event in the town that claims to be the home of Christmas magic.

The next day they are unable to leave as they’re snowed in, sort of, as there is an immovable mound of ice on the bridge blocking the only road in and out of town.

She is befriended by Tim Cosgrove (Harmon Walsh) who believes in the magic of Miracle, but no matter what Ally does, the magic of Miracle is keeping her there.

With Tim’s help Ally comes to realise that she has to address the issue that made her lose her Christmas spirit of Christmas in order to get to Vegas.

But will she want to leave Tim behind?

Architect Grace (Keshia Knight Pulliam) is invited to New Orleans by the praline Queen Loretta (Patti LaBelle) to renovate her grand house, what she doesn’t realise until she arrives that she will be working with her college crust who is also Loretta’s grandson Anthony (Brad James).

However despite studying architecture together and having a mutual crush they have very different approaches to the job they have been hired to undertake.

But as he shows her the city and its varied architecture things between them change but will they end up celebrating Christmas together?

With Christmas fast approaching, Lifestyle guru Leslie Lake (Vivica A. Fox) sets her sights on the Sugar Bakers bakery as an acquisition, but owner Denise Sugarbaker (Jackée Harry) is in no mind to sell.

Leslie wants the deal done before the end of the year, so she sends employee Emma (Jasmine Aivaliotis) undercover as a seasonal employee to find some leverage in order to convince them to sell.

However Emma’s heart isn’t really in it and finds herself falling in love with everything about the quaint bakery especially, Denise’s son David (Landon Moss).

Andy (Kelly Daly) is invited by her friend Olivia (Margie Mays) to spend Christmas at her wealthy family estate where her mother Margaret (Dey Young) holds everyone in contempt.

However she soon finds herself accused of stealing the multimillion-dollar “Christmas Diamond” which went missing from during a blackout.

So with the help of a famous mystery writer, Jackie (Tryphena Wade),  Andy must find the real culprit among the other hostile guests before Detective Billings (William Baldwin) arrives to investigate.

Decorator Emily Barnes (Natalie Lisinska) gets the prestigious task of decorating the Belmarian Embassy in Washington for the festive season but immediately classes with the new Ambassador Magnus Anderson (Damon Runyan) who has no time for Christmas frills and distractions.

However she does find allies in employee Vera (Steffi DiDomenicantonio) and the Ambassadors daughter Lily (Tessa Kozma) to help her apply her “tasteful excess” as she decorates the embassy for the annual Royal Charity Benefit patronized by Queen Therese (Jill Frappier).

Unexpectedly Magnus's devoted mentor Arvid Torbensen (James Kall) notice’s him mellow towards both the decor and the decorator.
