When columnist Tessa Turner (Christine During) breaks up with her boyfriend Nigel (Tony Banham) a week before Christmas her best friend Fiona (Katie Sheridan) invites her to spend Christmas with her family.

Tess Accepts and soon finds herself falling for Fiona’s handsome brother Sam (Jacob Anderton) in the run up to Christmas but at a big party on Christmas Night she overhears a conversation between him and his ex-girlfriend Chloe (Natasha Killip)  and jumps to the wrong conclusion and leaves immediately for the airport feeling hurt and angry.

When Sam finds out what happened, he pursues her to the airport to confess his love for her, but will he reach her before she flies home?

In an effort to boost Christmas spirit, Santa (T. Mychael Rambo) is persuaded by two of his elves, Chuck and Debbie (Patrick Thomas O'Brien and Bailey Stender) to grant one person three wishes to get the holidays off to a flying start.

Their mistake was choosing photographer Erin (Rachael Leigh Cook) who has lost her love for Christmas.

So her sister Maria (Kathryn Fumie) and her husband Taylor (Rod Kasai) set her up on a blind date with affable and charming lawyer Sam (Sam Page) but even that didn’t change her mind about the season.

After ignoring all the texts and emails from the North Pole thinking they are spam , she is finally convinced, however when the first two wishes flop she uses her third wish to make Christmas disappear.

Realising what a huge mistake she had made she convinces Sam to help her restore Christmas and the joy it brings by reinvent the festivities from scratch.

But in the process will she realise how much Sam has come to mean to her. 

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – MERRY KISS CAM (2022)

 

When artist Jess Wolfe (Katie Lowes) and bar owner Danny Carmody Jr. (Jesse Bradford) go on a first date to a hockey game, the Bulldogs are on a major losing streak, however after they smooch on “kiss cam” the Bulldogs score the winning goal.

Despite the fact she has an exhibition deadline, family, friends and Bulldog fans pressurise Jess and Danny into continuing to attend the games and participate in more "kiss cam" moments or risk the wrath of fans as they get closer and closer to the playoffs.

But it is obvious to everyone there is more to their kisses than good luck charms.
