Almost as soon as Sheriff Jake Russell (Chris Potter) and Cassie Nightingale (Catherine Bell) decide to get married on Christmas Eve, complications arise in this Christmas serving of the Good Witch.
The first problem is
the arrival in town of ex-con Leon Deeks (James McGowan) and Jake is instructed
by the mayor to make him his top priority.
Jakes second
complication is securing the wedding license as he can't find the documents
proving Cassie’s existence in the world and then there is the difficulty of finding
a wedding cake at the last minute.
However last but not
least, Jake's kids are upset: Brandon (Matthew Knight) wants to spend time with
his new girlfriend Jodi (Jordan Todosey), who is also the ex-cons daughter, and
his sister Lori (Hannah Endicott-Douglas) manages to lose Cassie's heirloom
wedding ring into the bargain.
Other than that its
plain sailing.
