Heather Nash (Tatyana Ali) is the hardworking General Manager at the local
shopping mall who has given up on love while she focuses on her next promotion
although there had been a few chance encounters between herself and Ryan McKee
(Brendan Fehr) who also works at the mall but nothing came of it as Heather was
holding back.
Heathers young niece Molly Widmore (Princess K. Mapp) refuses to
accept that so she asks the mall Santa to give her beloved aunt a boyfriend for
Christmas and for a time it seemed like Santa might actually come through, but
then she is tasked by her corporate boss with cancelling the leases of
underperforming stores in order to move
forward in her career.
Although there is obviously something between them, they both have
secrets that need to be exposed and their consequences need to be overcome
before a Christmas “happy ever after' can be a reality.
