After discovering Grandpa Noël (Jan Decleir) was Santa Claus, Jules Claus (Mo Bakker) has fully embraced Christmas again.
Everything
seems to go according to plan as they are getting ready for the busiest time of
the year, but then Jules receives a very special letter with an intriguing
question.
As
a result Jules wants to try and reunite a young girl's family for Christmas but
Grandpa Noël refuses to do it, so some drama is injected into the proceedings.
