With a sight to make his passion burn

That of Mrs Claus festively clad

Standing seductively against the bedroom door

Then revealing her delights to her horny Santa

As her fur trimmed cloak falls to the floor

Ava (Kim Shaw), is an entrepreneur who, along with her two friends Sahara and Jimmy (Rachel Grate and Luke Jones) puts on themed events for clients, depending on the season, under the company name of Rent a bunny, Rent a Ghost and of course Rent an Elf.

It was while doing a Christmas event at an Architect’s office that Ava first meets Liam (Sean Patrick Thomas) and his son Nathan (Zakai Biagas Bey), but it’s the following year before they meet again when Liam hires her holiday event planning business to put on something special for Nathan because he has lost his Christmas Spirit since his mum walked out on them the previous year.

As she works her way through a number of events Ava begins to think there may be a future for the two of them, but then his ex-wife Jojo (Nicholle Tom) comes back hoping to reclaim her family, but will she come between Liam and Ava or is the die cast.

Slick public relations genius Piper Jansen (Madeline Leon) is the owner of her own successful company “Piper's Picks”

However after creating countless successful campaigns for other people, she decides to use her grandmother's Christmas recipes to compile a book of her own, but at the launch she suddenly finds herself in the middle of a very public scandal that threatens the launch of the book as well as her business.

When the scandal broke she was doing a guest spot on a morning talk show so being a PR guru she takes advantage of the situation and agrees to work free of charge for a struggling single father, Tim White (Neil Paterson), a handsome fellow guest on the show and the owner of a failing Winter Christmas Village.

To complicate matters Piper is no fan of Christmas, however, she knows it's the perfect way to save her reputation and therefore dives into the project, as well as the lives of Tim and his two adorable children.

The abundant Christmas spirit in the hearts of all those that work together to bring new life into the village and although Piper puts up a stern resistant, she can't help but fall in love with Tim, the children and her new surroundings
