THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – WHERE ARE YOU, CHRISTMAS? (2023)

 

Addy (Lyndsy Fonseca) used to be a huge Christmas fan until she moved to Chicago and began working for a company that markets Christmas twelve months of the year.

So she stopped celebrating the season and avoided going home to spend Christmas with her Christmas Crazy family in the small Christmas crazy town of Red Lake Falls and took herself off to the Maldives for the holidays.

However her brother Connor (Andrew David Bridges) begs her to go home because she wanted the whole family present for when he proposes to his girlfriend Sienna (Melanie Sutrathada) on Christmas Eve, at the town's Christmas Festival.

Her marketing company’s Santa App on her keeps asking her to make a wish so she wishes Christmas away for a year and wakes up the next morning in a black and white. World where Christmas never existed so she has to figure out a way to remind people about what they’ve forgotten beginning with the town mechanic Hunter (Michael Rady) and then they work together to restore Christmas to the rest of the town and as they do, they start to fall for each other but what will it take to restore her Christmas spirit.

When Mandy (Natassia Malthe) meets a handsome lawyer, Blake (Louis Mandylor) she falls head over heels, but she is dating Rex (Paul Parducci).

However after Rex dumps her, she starts dating Blake but he isn’t quite what he seems and when he backs out of spending Thanksgiving with her family she persuades her best friend Nathan (Paul Collett) to pose as him for the holidays.

Nathan reluctantly agrees but that’s because he is secretly in love with her.

So will she eventually see through Nathan and see the man she should really give her heart to?

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CHRISTMAS BREAK-IN (2018)

 

It’s the last day of school before Christmas and 9-year-old Izzy Rush (Cameron Seely) is excited because her parents Heather and Pete (Denise Richards and Sean O'Bryan) are taking her to the guitar store straight after school to buy her dream guitar.

However they are notoriously unreliable and are running late and a blizzard has made the situation even worse, but the janitor Ray (Danny Glover) lets her wait inside. 

The night before a gang of crooks, Barbi, Ned and Rico (Katrina Begin, Jake Van Wagoner and Douglas Spain) robbed the Salvation army in an Ice Cream truck and they break into the School to escape the storm, and they kidnap Ray.

So it's up to Izzy to save the day.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CHRISTMAS IN NOTTING HILL (2023)

 

Special education teacher Georgia Bright (Sarah Ramos) travels from Indiana to London to spend Christmas in Notting Hill with her little sister Lizzie (Joelle Rae) to whom she had been like a surrogate mother since their mother passed away.

While out Christmas shopping, she literally bumps into a famous footballer Graham Savoy (William Moseley), the captain of Newbourne FC.

He had been avoiding relationships because he could never tell he women were interested in him because of him or because he was a famous footballer.

But he reconsidered after meeting the one person in Notting Hill who had no idea who he was, coincidentally his half-brother Henry (Peter Rothwell) is dating Lizzie.

Georgia and Graham bond because they are both at a crossroads  in their lives, he’s at the wrong end of his playing career and she is on the threshold of a career change.

So can they open themselves up to a relationship with all the uncertainties in their lives?

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CHRISTMAS WITH A PRINCE: THE ROYAL BABY (2021)

 

Despite the fact she is heavily pregnant Dr Tasha (Kaitlyn Leeb) insists on accompanying Prince Alexander (Nick Hounslow) on a Royal State Visit culminating in the official opening of the new wing of her hometown hospital.

After leaving for the flight home Tasha experiences a scare with the baby so they return to the hospital where she is confined to bed.

Which brings the royal couple into conflict with King Edward (Charles Shaughnessy) and they struggle with blindly following tradition and literally delivering on expectations.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – SANTA'S CHIMNEY OF SECRETS (2024)

 

While their mother (Mely Pinon) is sleeping, siblings Adam and Emily (Gavino Tragarz and Ayli Pinon) find Santa’s hat by their fireplace but no sign of Santa, so Ayda (Mandy Lee Rubio) and Detective Nut (Bert Lopez) come to investigate.

They find out that their chimney is a gateway to a magic world, so Ayda and the children embark on a magical quest to rescue Santa (Dave Malin) and do battle with the Ice Fairy (Marivel Tragarz) to save Christmas.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – THE CARIBBEAN CHRISTMAS (2022)

 

Theatre critic Rachel (Elizabeth Hurley) is a hopeless romantic and after she catches her actor boyfriend sneaking out of the church minutes before he was supposed to marry her she is devastated. 

So her mother Chloe (Stephanie Beacham) suggests she makes use of the honeymoon and take her bridesmaids Amanda and Rebecca (Caroline Quentin and Nathalie Cox) to St Kitts in the Caribbean.

On their night on the island she meets handsome restaurateur and chef Allesandro (Edoardo Costa) and they are smitten.

So her friends and resort manager Ellie (Downtown Julie Brown) set about getting them together, but his Monica (Hadar Cats) daughter tries to keep them apart.

So who will succeed?
