Special education teacher Georgia Bright (Sarah Ramos) travels from Indiana to London to spend Christmas in Notting Hill with her little sister Lizzie (Joelle Rae) to whom she had been like a surrogate mother since their mother passed away.
While
out Christmas shopping, she literally bumps into a famous footballer Graham
Savoy (William Moseley), the captain of Newbourne FC.
He
had been avoiding relationships because he could never tell he women were
interested in him because of him or because he was a famous footballer.
But
he reconsidered after meeting the one person in Notting Hill who had no idea
who he was, coincidentally his half-brother Henry (Peter Rothwell) is dating
Lizzie.
Georgia
and Graham bond because they are both at a crossroads in their lives, he’s at the wrong end of his
playing career and she is on the threshold of a career change.
So
can they open themselves up to a relationship with all the uncertainties in
their lives?
