Successful Writer Harrington (Paul Campbell) has made a fortune off the back of his popular Christmas book series but following the death of his parents he became a bitter recluse.
On
the eve of the release of the latest instalment of the series he takes to
social media and goes on a harsh anti-Christmas rant about Christmas being a
commercialized joke which ruffled more than a few feathers.
So
the publishing house call on their PR-guru April (Lyndie Greenwood) to rescue
the situation.
She
begins by tricking him into going to his hometown that was the inspiration for
his books.
They
are like chalk and cheese and April wonders if it’s even possible to save his
image, but as they get to know each other better, she gets into his heart and
helps him rediscover the spirit of Christmas.
