THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – A CHRISTMAS IN NEW HOPE (2024)

Single mother Victoria (Katrina Bowden) is an aspiring influencer raisin her Down syndrome daughter Charlie (Mia Analise Armstrong) in New Hope Texas in her deceased mother’s old house which is threatened with foreclosure.

She enters a TV home improvement competition in order to save the house before Christmas, and she is helped by her new neighbour Texas musician Gavin Gardner (Ryan Cooper) but complications arise as she falls for him and her ex, Buddy (David Anders) arrives back on the scene.

Lawyer Marissa Parsons (Nikki Deloach) and her second husband, librarian Eric Parsons (Lucas Bryant) are raising autistic preteen, Charlie (Aias Dalman) with all the challenges that brings.

Charlie is flourishing in the run up to Christmas with his BFF Amy Gulsvig (Daphne Hoskins), changing into a case of puppy love.

But he becomes fixated with wanting to set a world record before Christmas as the Brookswood has been granted an official Guinness Book of World Records attempt on Christmas Eve for wrapping the most gifts in one hour.

So everyone does their part to help with his proposed attempt to stack the most Jenga blocks on top of a singular vertical one, by collecting blocks.

He really wants his biological father to be there to watch him, so will he set the record and will his dad be there to see it.

Renée (Vanessa Lengies) works at her local gift shop and after a particularly disheartening day she sits in her old broken-down car and wishes for a different life.

When she wakes up, she is CEO of one of the most successful meal kit delivery companies in the world, has a luxury home and is no longer with her husband Aaron (Corey Sevier).

Cici Elf (Kimberly-Ann Truong) explains to her what has happened and tells her she can simply reverse the wish.

So although she appears to have the perfect life, she wants to win her husband back, so will she succeed.

So she and her workaholic best friend Viktoria 'Tory' (Katherine Barrell) embark on an epic three-day road trip to the town where it's Christmas all year round.

But they breakdown on the way to Chester and are rescued by a combination of handsome mechanic Zack (Corey Sevier) and Kris Kringle (George Masswohl) so they spend the night in Cloverbend where Tory meets Jason (Matt Wells).

So is it coincidence or Christmas Magic that leads all four of them to Yuletide Springs on Christmas Eve?
