Locals
take a stand when a Minnesotan Monica (Cynthia Aileen Strahan) is sent to Fargo
to spearhead an unwanted development and meets instant hostility especially from
Betty (Sadie Katz) at the diner.
Only young army Vet Willy (Nico Zahniser) and old
Popcorn Bud (Edward Asner) are friendly to her as she battles the local
hostilities.
On top of that she must do battle with her boss
Trent (Douglas Wilson) and corrupt Mayor Jasper (Robert Donavan) who scapegoat
her after local favourite Uncle Charlie (Gary Houston) is killed when the
construction collapses.
So will Monica manage to expose the corruption with
the help of a ghost and find
her Holiday spirit with Willy.
