After
her great-uncle passes away, hardworking and talented New York City marketing executive
Janie Collins (Jill Wagner) returns to her hometown of Woodland Falls in time for
the Christmas season.
After
meeting with her lawyer Sidney Reynolds (Neil Whitely) she discovers she has
inherited her Great Uncle Randall's farm.
At
the farm she finds Dylan (Cameron Mathison) working there who is the older
brother of her best childhood friend Nicole (Deanna Jarvis).
She
feels immediately at peace on the farm though she had no thought of becoming a
farmer and her plan is to sell the farm but decides to stay on until Christmas
and even helps to put on the Winter Wonderland community event at the farm as
per Randall’s last request with Dylan's assistance.
In
spending time on the farm with Dylan organizing the event, Janie comes to the realization that her future could
be on a different path with a different companion.
