Santa
Charles (Faizon Love) has been the Mall Santa for 25 years
when the manager Denise (Caryn Ward) decides to
replace him and forces his retirement so she can upgrade to someone more
amenable.
He
agrees to retire at the end of the season on condition he can find his replacement,
so Denise reluctantly agrees so Terrell (B.J. Minor)
compiles an online Ad, which goes viral.
As
a result the Mall is surrounded by wannabee Santas, so when they begin the
interview process however it soon becomes a series of hilarious tasks and
challenges leading to an all-out competition of Festive chaos, with a winner
that surprises even Charles.
