When Alice (Sharon Lawrence), a beloved neonatal intensive care unit supervisor is forced to take early retirement, her young colleague, Jenny (Emilie Ullerup), decides to turn the upcoming staff Christmas party into a surprise celebration for her.
But the plan is
complicated by the hospital's new CFO Matt (Kristoffer Polaha) who has been
tasked with cutting costs, and he was the one instrumental in letting Alice go.
It’s up to Jenny to
show Matt that the hospital and its staff is about heart and not the bottom line.
