Blake (Hulk Hogan) is a self-absorbed egocentric uncaring multi-millionaire who lives in his mansion with his lackies who tries to fill his time with self-defence routines and crazy reckless road stunts.
On one such outing he is pursued on foot into a
mall and disguises himself as Santa Claus, then while hiding in a rubbish chute
he falls and bangs his head and when he wakes up he is found by a fiendish elf,
Lennie (Don Stark) who convinces him that he is in fact.....Santa Claus.
In his new guise he goes to the aid of an
orphanage, run by Leslie (Robin Curtis), which is under pressure to sell to an
unscrupulous tyrant Ebner Frost (Ed Begley Jr).
