Struggling comedian Michelle (Amber Nash) is tricked into going home for Christmas by her sister Andrea (Kate Lambert) who told her that her Dad (Colin Mochrie) had suffered a fall so she reluctantly returns home for the holidays to her dysfunctional and eccentric family.
After
a chaotic pre-Christmas period with her special-needs brother Mark
(Luke Davis) and her Dad’s sex worker “Girlfriend”
Christmas itself ends in tragedy and when her estranged mom (Caroline Aaron)
turns up out of the blue Michelle ultimately makes a life-changing decision
regarding the future with her siblings.
