While
attempting to write a new story, L. Frank Baum (Robert Notman), is
interrupted by his youngest son, Kenneth (Evan O'Donnell), their dog, Dorothy
and Butler Wilson (Paul Nicholas Mason) and he is persuaded to write a tale
about Santa Claus.
So,
he spins them a yarn about the Christmas Eve “Santanapping” which prevents
Santa Claus (Donald G. Baker) from performing his annual duties.
So,
it’s up to his second in command Holly (Diana Chrisman) to execute Santa's
emergency orders which name the ambitious young Elf, Whisk (Carter Treneer), to
full fill Santa's deliveries, with Kilter (Winny Clarke) the pixie and Nutter
the knock (Morgan Neundorf).
When
they were finished, they find Queen Lulea (Samantha Walkes) who tells them that
the Nogooders, Hatred, Envy and Regret (Reece Presley, Matthew Hawkins and
Keith Cooper) were the Santanappers, so they have to rescue Santa.
