Becca Winters (Dia Frampton) and Sam Sheridan (Andi René Christensen) were high school sweethearts but went their separate ways, Becca became a Broadway star while Sam stayed in their small hometown and works behind the scenes at the local theatre.

But Becca is coming home for the first time in three years and will be in town right through the holidays.

As neither of them are in relationships their two meddling moms, Lucille Sheridan and Tilly Winters (Janet Ivey and Hayat Nesheiwat) decide to take action to get them back together.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – STARS FELL AGAIN (2023)

 

LA Agent Bryce Dixon (James Maslow) is planning to propose to actress Madison Belle (Ciara Hanna) while spending Christmas with her family only to find that her sister Harper (Ali Faulkner) was announcing her engagement to her English boyfriend Noah Fielding (Tom Connolly) and that the wedding was in two days’ time.

So Bryce cant propose because he didn’t want to steal Harpers thunder or make Madison feel like an afterthought.

But as plans begin to fall apart it appears that there may be a major shock in store.

Sophie (Merritt Patterson) is an LA based professional photographer and as her boyfriend Brent Willoughby (Toby Levins) is on a photographic assignment of his own she decides to  return home to Bainbridge, Washington, for Christmas to visit her grandmother Louise (Paula Shaw) who has hurt her ankle and can’t get about.

Living next door to Louise is David (Jon Cor) and his orphaned nephew Troy (Luke Roessler).

When Sophie first meets David, he mistakes her for a nanny applicant he is desperately looking for to look after Troy during the school recess, but once the misunderstanding is sorted out, she offers to help out until he can solve the nanny problem and being in their lives changes her life forever.

As a result they agree not to buy Christmas presents that year, secretly however they both decide to do so anyway.

Her sister Bronwyn (Rachael McLaren) believes its fate, Emma has a different view, so when she returns home to Vermont for Christmas, Bronwyn books her into the same B&B that her former sweetheart Fletcher (Edward Ruttle) is staying at with his vivacious daughter Lola (Sophia Bachart) and the old feelings resurface as they strive to save the local theatre.
