Corporate developer Hilary Shaw (Alicia Josipovic) works for Shaw Development and is sent to Midnight Clear by her father to pressurise the struggling towns people into selling up so the town can be torn down and rebuilt.  

Her first port of call was the Church where she faced immediate opposition from a local pastor, Daniel Porter (Jon McLaren).

After meeting the towns people and hearing their stories and learning the history of the town she comes up with a plan to save the town instead, and a change in her perspective leads to unexpected feelings between Hilary and Daniel.

After her great-uncle passes away, hardworking and talented New York City marketing executive Janie Collins (Jill Wagner) returns to her hometown of Woodland Falls in time for the Christmas season.

After meeting with her lawyer Sidney Reynolds (Neil Whitely) she discovers she has inherited her Great Uncle Randall's farm.  

At the farm she finds Dylan (Cameron Mathison) working there who is the older brother of her best childhood friend Nicole (Deanna Jarvis).

She feels immediately at peace on the farm though she had no thought of becoming a farmer and her plan is to sell the farm but decides to stay on until Christmas and even helps to put on the Winter Wonderland community event at the farm as per Randall’s last request with Dylan's assistance.

In spending time on the farm with Dylan organizing the event, Janie  comes to the realization that her future could be on a different path with a different companion.

Erin agrees and hopes the change of scenery will help her and a handsome local guide Trevor (Jesse Hutch) shows her the area's stunning vistas and the Northern Lights.

After the death of her son Pericles during the Trojan war in ancient Greece, sorceress Theodora (Sheree J. Wilson) curses the woman she blamed for his death.

So Athenian Princess Daphne (Jessica Morris) was transformed into a Mermaid and forced to spend an eternity at sea, with only a single chance of redemption, she would be permitted to return to land once every 100 years for a period of 10 days in order to find a reborn version of her son and perform  a selfless act for a him, only to return to the sea if she fails.

After three thousand years she arrives in Cocoa Bay California at Christmas and finds Travis Hunter (Kyle Lowder) aboard his boat arguing with Mayor Tiffany Devereaux (Arianne Zucker).

She is quickly taken under the wing of the Hunter family Kathleen Gati, Chadwick Armstrong and Cole Smith and she helps them save the family restaurant with the aid of some treasure from the seabed, but will she manage a selfless act and break the spell?
