In Cutter Springs, New York, On December 18th, 1903, after an argument with his fiancée Eliza Parker (Cecilia Deacon), inventor and businessman Charles Whitley (Ryan Paevey) is transported to 2020 by a magical Christmas clock, after passing out.
The antique
Christmas Clock was a gift for Eliza, which, when wound on a Christmas moon
help the winder find true love.
When he
wakes up he finds his Mansion full of people, because his former home is now a
museum, and Eliza, his maid Rosie, and his butler Fredericks are being played
by actors for the entertainment of museum visitors.
Although
the woman laying Rosie was actually museum curator Megan Turner (Erin Cahill)
and the great-granddaughter of the maid she was portraying.
Once
Charles was over the initial shock and Megan accepted that he really was from
1903 they set about finding out how to get him home.
But by the time
they locate the Christmas Clock, and the night of the Christmas Moon comes
around they have started to fall for each other, and Charles must decide what
he wants to do.
