Architect Nell (Jerrika Hinton) goes back to
her charming home town of Briar Falls, having been given the job of turning the
historic Majestic Playhouse into a modern multiplex, much to the locals'
displeasure.
The Playhouse Theatre has been home to their
annual Christmas tableaux, which will have to end after a long and historic
tradition when the remodelling is complete.
This job is Nell's first promotion, and one
she wishes she hadn't been chosen for, especially when she meets the new owner
of the theatre, Connor (Christian Vincent), whose vision and ideas clash with
Nell's, but there are sparks of a different kid as well.
So as Connor hasn't had much experience
celebrating a traditional Christmas, Nell hopes that if she can give him a
crash course on all things Christmas during the town's Twelve Day Festival then
she might get him to change his mind about modernizing the Majestic.

Jeanette Williams (Bea Santos) is a busy single parent, working two
jobs to make the best life for her and her daughter Quinn (Raven Stewart). She works so hard
that she has no time for either dating or following current celebrity gossip,
so Jeanette is unaware of the identity of the Country superstar Zane Gunther (Greyston Holt) when he returns to
their small town to escape the intrusive paparazzi and the chaos of fame.
A chance meeting between the two have them
soon leads to them both letting their guards down and opening their hearts to
the possibility of romance.
“A Very Country Christmas” is a delightful Christmas Romance with some
lovely musical interludes and an accomplished supporting cast in particular Deana Carter as Jolene.
