After King Philippe (Mark Cuban) from the French speaking principality of Caminelle, Queen Genevieve (Eliza Roberts) is eager for her son Prince Alexander Tremaine (Alex Day) to take the throne as soon as possible.

Alex however has other ideas and takes a job as a handyman at the Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard in New York, which is run by Faith Dupree (Ashley Brinkman), under the name of Alex Prince.

He is accompanied by his bodyguard Remy (Mario Silva) posing as his brother, and his sister Princess Juliet (Carly Bondar) and she covers for his absence.

Carlo (Thomas Wiederhold) actually owns the winery, but ill health keeps him at home, so Faith and his grandson Ryan (John Romanski) keep things going.

Faiths friend Melinda (Jes Andres) is the first one to discover the true identities of the new arrivals but is sworn to secrecy as they work towards the Christmas party for the foster children and Alex and Faith grow close.

But it will only be a matter of time before the truth comes out and then they must survive the fallout.

In the town of Brooklyn Colorado, Erin Chambers (Rochelle Aytes) works for her father the mayor (Peter Bryant) and is tasked with planning the town's Christmas celebration and televised tree lighting but with time running out the tree they had ear marked for the town is no longer suitable so she must find a replacement, and quick.

She finds the perfect tree outside a house built on the site of the old town square which is owned by firefighter Kevin Snyder (Mark Taylor) and lives there with his daughter Claire (Grace Sunar). 

After introducing herself to them both as they build a snowman, she tries to win him over in order to get his spruce tree for the big celebration.

Despite his reluctance she doesn’t give up and forms a pleasing relationship with him and his daughter.

So, will she get her tree? Or will she give it up for love?

Widowed Rocket Engineer Shelby (Tamera Mowry-Housley) is raising her daughter Grace (Isabel Birch) alone and has always told her the story of the Christmas Prince which has been passed down their family.

One day she is outraged when her aloof and distant boss Evan (Ronnie Rowe) that they will have to work at Christmas.

So, she about to quit when her daughter, who had gone to work with her mum, becomes convinced that he is the Christmas prince from the story and will grant her 12 wishes.

Shelby agrees not to leave on condition that Evan pretends to be the Christmas Prince and fulfil Graces wishes.

While they work through the list Evan comes out of his shell and Shelby sees a different side of him and romance blossoms, but will she embrace it or will she put Grace and a new job offer first.
