THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – HOLIDAY TOUCHDOWN: A BILLS LOVE STORY (2025)

 

In the shadow of Highmark Stadium, the Quinns and DeLucas live next door to each other and have done for decades and are close friends as well as being massive fans of the Buffalo Bills.

This Christmas is particularly special to both families as its to be the last ever home game at Highmark before they move to the new stadium.

Lifelong friends Morgan Quinn (Holland Roden), a Paediatric doctor and Gabe DeLuca (Matthew Daddario) the Bills' VP of Stadium Development haven’t been able to get past close friends’ status, despite Gabe having always carried a torch for her.

When they learn that her Uncle Tommy (Joe Pantoliano), who took in her family after her father died, has been receiving anonymous gifts since he was drafted into the army more than 60 years earlier, Morgan decides to find his mystery benefactor as a Christmas gift.

Morgan and Gabe work together to unwrap the secret identity and along the way, his love for her deepens and she begins to see him in a new light.

But even with Santa Claus (Abraham Benrubi) interceding neither is daring enough to admit their feelings.

So, will there be a surprise of a lifetime for Morgan, both the families and Uncle Tommy?

Alana Higman (Hunter King) and the rest of the Higman/Young family are all die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fans and are competing to win the team's “Fan of the Year” when she meets director of fan engagement Derrick Taylor (Tyler Hynes).

Alana is sure that her family's lifelong history as Kansas City Chiefs superfans and their grandfather's lucky vintage Chiefs winter hat, makes them a frontrunner to win and the obvious attraction between her and Derrick as the pair spend time together is the icing on the cake.

After winning the award, tragedy strikes before the make-or-break game of the season, the hat goes missing.

Will it make Alana doubt everything she has ever believed about fate and destiny, and will she question her future with Derrick.

So, will it take Santa (Abraham Benrubi) and some Christmas magic to throw a Hail Mary play to save the day?

Recently dumped by his girlfriend, Lt. Charles Mason (Dean Harens) boards a plane for San Francisco on Christmas Eve in order to confront her but inclement weather forces the plane to land in New Orleans.

To lift him from his depression Simon Fenimore (Richard Whorf) to him to a disreputable nightclub where he meets singer Jackie Lamont (Deanna Durbin) and they attend midnight Mass together, after which she breaks down and confesses to him that her real name was Abigail and was married to murderer Robert Manette (Gene Kelly) and he’s just escaped from Angola.

She left Evergreen Falls when she was 18 years old and as soon as she returned, she felt at home and found the people to be open, friendly and welcoming and she also reconnects with her old childhood friend Kendall (Taylor Clark).

She finds her workplace to be hardworking and pleasant, and the staff have a chance to win the Best Local Branch award providing they manage to sell a few more properties before the end of the year.

Working at the office she also meets photographer Luke (Sam Page) who contributes largely to helping to win the competition but through their interactions in and out of work helps her embrace the Christmas spirit of the town while making her question her life priorities.
