THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – SNOW 2 (2008)

 

Three days before Christmas, and Nick and Sandy Snowden's (Tom Cavanagh and Ashley Williams)

first anniversary they have an argument resulting in Nick storming off through his travel portal, a mirror.

Arriving at his chosen destination, Nick gets hit on the head and ends up with amnesia, Sandy finds out about Nick's plight and sets off to rescue him in time to save Christmas.

But she is warned that she can only assist him but that his memory has to come back on its own.

Unfortunately, someone else sees Nick's story on the television news, Hunter Buck Seger (Patrick Fabian) who coveted Sandy and blamed Nick stealing her away from him so he does everything he can to keep them apart.

Nick is helped by a young street kid named Ryan (Alexander Conti) and an elderly man Henry Mays (Hal Williams) and between Sandy, Ryan and Henry they manage to thwart Bucks plans and restore Nick to his former self, and then Sandy has some special news for him.

Hunter Buck Seger (Patrick Fabian) had to provide some reindeer from a game farm for the San Ernesto California Zoo where a lonely animal keeper Sandy Brooks (Ashley Williams) works.

Buck is attracted to her however, but she detests him, but he is continually pestering her to go out with him.

It turns out that one of the Reindeer he provided was Buddy, one of Santa's new reindeer, who he is teaching to fly, before Christmas Eve.

So, Santa (Tom Cavanagh) has to go to San Ernesto under the name of Nick Snowden to rescue Buddy, using mirrors to travel to and from the North Pole.

While in San Ernesto, Nick manages to move into the boarding house where Sandy lives and falls for Sandy, which doesn’t sit well with Buck.

Getting Buddy back is made more difficult when Buck learns that Buddy is special, so Nick must rescue Buddy and get him back to the North Pole along with Sandy with whom he has falling in love.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – RETURN TO SENDER (2024)

When Meg Madison (Maddy Hillis) moves into her new apartment her friend Brittany (Sydney Scotia) discovers a weathered old envelope in the mailbox marked Return to Sender.

So, after opening the letter she and building manager Ollie Roberts (Markian Tarasiuk) join forces with podcasters Ellen and Pete (Sophia McDowell and Ian Collins) set about finding out who sent the mysterious love letter.

While Brittany and Ollies brother Darren (Michael Dallamore) follow a different path as the puzzle solving team follow the clues to the secret of two lovers separated for want of an undelivered love letter, will they all find love for themselves.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – OUR CHRISTMAS LOVE STORY (2022)

On Christmas Eve Michelle Michaels (Stephanie Charles) believes her boyfriend Richard Marks (Tremayne Norris) has been cheating on her and is just another unfaithful man who has broken her heart on another Christmas.

But later that evening she is visited by her friend and co-worker Daphne Jordan (Kendyl McCray) and her husband Trent (Reggie Gaskins) and they can see her sadness and she tells them what had happened and that another Christmas had been ruined and she hadn’t had a happy Christmas since she was 12.

So, Daphne and Trent decide to try and cheer her up because Daphne could totally relate and then she and Trent shared their love story with her to encourage her to never give up on love and never stop believing in Christmas miracles. 

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – FLIPPING FOR CHRISTMAS (2023)

Just before Christmas, big city realtor Abigail (Ashley Newbrough) is asked by her sister Claire (Natalie Lisinska) to return home for Christmas to help her Flip the house she has just inherited.

But when she gets home she realizes that it’s not going to be the easy flip she thought it would be as her sister only has a half share, the other half was left to Bo (Marcus Rosner) and he is not for selling as he has a different idea, he wants to convert it to a B&B.

This inevitably leads to friction with the quick sale approach of the sisters and the traditional co-owner Bo.

But as Abby and Bo work together on the renovation, in a flirty charming rivalry and leads to an eventual romance.

However, there are dark clouds ahead when a ruthless developer Antonio (Ray Galletti) who Abigail has worked for is looking to buy a substantial chunk of the town at any cost.

So will Abigail review her professional choices and follow her heart, providing she can weather the storm. 

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – CONFESSIONS OF A CHRISTMAS LETTER (2024)

Quirky and eccentric matriarch of the family, Settie Rose (Angela Kinsey), is crazy for Christmas, and Christmas makes her a little crazy, and the biggest manifestation of her craziness is the town's annual holiday letter-writing contest, which she has never won, in fact her nemesis Sue (Colleen Wheeler) wins it every year.

So she decides to hire struggling novelist Juan (Alec Santos) to compose the perfect Christmas letter, however when he arrives people assume he is engaged to Settie's daughter Lily (Lillian Doucet-Roche) so he goes along with it and bonds with the whole family, but especially Lily, and the whole family scrambles to keep up the charade.

So will Juan overcome his writer's block and will Settie learns that being imperfect is the best way to make a perfect family Christmas.
