Recent new arrival to the small town of Forest Grove NY, Emily Lane (Sarah Drew), owns and operates a year-round Christmas store “Under the Mistletoe”, and on the surface she is a quiet store owner and cat lady, but Emily has a secret past and she moved to Forest Grove to escape that past.

However regardless of wanting to hide from that past, she can't help but insert herself into a murder mystery and after helping to solve a 

murder Emily wishes she could just return to her new life and all things Christmas and continue researching “Chimera” associated with her recurring nightmares about her old life.

However, when she finds that a competitive choir, the Snowbelles, has been plagued with a series of unsettling incidents, one of which was a hit and run in the town of White Rock, resulting in the death of their lead singer Clara Jameson so Emily goes undercover when she suspects one of the choristers.

Her shop assistant Violet Wilner (Sierra Marilyn Riley) is the daughter of Detective Sam Wilner (Peter Mooney) with whom she has begun a friendship/romantic relationship while she interferes with his investigations, but she has begun to share details about her past.

Then she receives a threatening message from Chimera on her computer.

As they do every year, the people of Hope Valley come together to prepare for the holiday season and celebrate Christmas, guided by lessons of joy, giving, and community spirit.

School teacher Elizabeth Thatcher (Erin Krakow) takes on the responsibilities of the Christmas Committee, while Rosemary LeVeaux Coulter (Pascale Hutton) is away on her honeymoon, including preparing her students for the Christmas play.

Abigail Stanton (Lori Loughlin) is forced to step in as acting mayor while Henry Gowen (Martin Cummins) is being investigated so she has to balance civic duties with holiday plans.

While Jack and Elizabeth are searching for a tree, they come across a mysterious peddler named Sam Bailey (Terence Kelly) who arrives in town later that day, selling his wares and teaching the townspeople valuable lessons about generosity and the true spirit of Christmas.

After sharing a romantic moment Jack and Elizabeth share a romantic moment while selecting the perfect Christmas tree, and Jack invites Elizabeth to the Mountie Christmas Ball.

Rosemary, who is used to organizing the Christmas festivities is reduced to a minor roll and accepts it without protest and even has time to play matchmaker.

As you would expect the Hope Valley community come together with kindness, and the joy of giving, as they work together to ensure everyone, including displaced settlers, can enjoy Christmas to the fullest.

Eddie Bennett (Brian Krause) is a fast-talking, Three-card Monte dealer who has hustled the streets of New York City for the last 15 years and along with his friends, he has mastered every scam there is.

But one day in early December he is visited by a mysterious burly looking man called Nick (George Buza) who offers him an unusual proposition where he will give Eddie the opportunity to achieve eternal redemption for all the bad deeds he has done in his life and in return, he must transfer his spirit into a different body for three weeks.

The body belongs to an aging, ailing Santa Claus, Sam Wells (Cedric Smith), who can use Eddie's body to play Santa for one more Christmas before he dies.

Eddie thinks the man is crazy and has no interest in redemption but if he were to go through with the deal, he'd want a million dollars in cash.

The mysterious Nick snaps his fingers, and a million dollars appears before an amazed Eddie and so the deal is done.

Complications arise when Eddie's friends find out about the million dollars pay off and want part of the action and when Eddie meets Sam's daughter, Susan (Natasha Henstridge) he finds himself falling in love with her and also finds the real meaning of Christmas along the way.

Twenty-two years after the original Jurassic Park failed, Ingen has new leadership, Masrani (Irrfan Khan) and renamed Jurassic World.

But is he the key to the puzzle or just a red herring, and if not him then who?
