A lovely lady, Holly Khun (Brooke D'Orsay), who is nicknamed “Miss Christmas,” is the official tree finder for Chicago's renowned Radcliffe Tree lighting.
But after that year’s tree is accidentally damaged
during the preparation for transport she is left desperate to find the perfect
tree to replace it at the last minute.
Holly is on the brink of giving up she reads a
letter from a young boy Joey McNary (Luke Roessler) promising that his tree is
perfect and encloses a photograph to prove it, which is enough to send her to
the small town of Claus.
She manages to track down where Joey lives and
meets the rest of the family but she discovers that Joey’s father, Sam (Marc
Blucas) is unwilling to part with his tree.
