After
learning she is likely to lose her job as a New York Gallery of Young Artists
in the New Year, widowed Olivia Carver (Alex Paxton-Beesley) and her adolescent
son Parker (Viggo Hanvelt) go home to her small hometown of Wellington to spend
Christmas with her parents.
Olivia
is also an artist in her own right but has a severe case of artistic block and
to help, her mother Betty (Kathleen Laskey) secretly enters
her into a Christmas mural contest, and wins.
Unfortunately
she has to produce a mural on a prominent exterior wall in town and she’s still
blocked.
With
the help of Will Campbell (Dan Jeannotte), local teacher
and the contest runner-up, by offering her a second pair of creative eyes and she
finds her inspiration.
The
question is, as they start to fall for each other, will he also help her
conquer her romantic block.
