Isabel Haynes (Lacey Chabert) works as a Naughty-or-Nice inspector who evaluates children in the run up to Christmas .
She
is assigned to evaluate mischievous 11-year-old Charlie Duncan (Cadence
Compton) which appears at first look to be a routine case but things become
more complicated when she unexpectedly meets her widowed father Jason (Andrew
W. Walker) and then they compound the problem by falling in love.
Engaging
with a subject or family members is strictly against protocol but falling in
love is a definite no no.
