Christmasphobe, Eric Redford (Jesse Metcalfe), is a famous author who writes about how to live and stay a bachelor, and is tricked by his mother into looking after his niece Chelsea (Jenna Weir) and nephew Liam (Liam MacDonald) over the holidays and, with the help of his Christmas-loving neighbour, April Stewart (Fiona Gubelmann), he rediscovers the Christmas spirit and learns to love again.

1lb Pork sausage meat

pk Sage and onion stuffing
4oz Grated Swiss cheese
4oz Grated Cheddar

pk Ready made pastry (enough for two 9" pie dishes)
6 Eggs
1/2 Chopped onion
1 Chopped red/green pepper
Mix
sausage meat and stuffing then cook.
When
the sausage meat has cooled crumble it and add both cheeses.
Divide
the mixture into the pre-prepared pie dishes.
Lightly
beat the eggs then add the onion and peppers and pour onto the top of the meat
filling.
Bake
for one hour in a preheated oven at 200°.
(Check
the pie is done by inserting a knife into the center and if it comes out clean
it’s done)
Stand
for five minutes before serving.
A lovely lady, Holly Khun (Brooke D'Orsay), who is nicknamed “Miss Christmas,” is the official tree finder for Chicago's renowned Radcliffe Tree lighting.
But after that year’s tree is accidentally damaged
during the preparation for transport she is left desperate to find the perfect
tree to replace it at the last minute.
Holly is on the brink of giving up she reads a
letter from a young boy Joey McNary (Luke Roessler) promising that his tree is
perfect and encloses a photograph to prove it, which is enough to send her to
the small town of Claus.
She manages to track down where Joey lives and
meets the rest of the family but she discovers that Joey’s father, Sam (Marc
Blucas) is unwilling to part with his tree.
