In the run up to Christmas, TV presenter Kate Harper (Lori Loughlin) accidentally admits, live on air that she doesn’t like Christmas.

Due to the backlash from viewers and sponsors alike, she and producer and ex-college boyfriend Jack Brewster (Colin Ferguson) are sent to a small town in North Dakota to film a Christmas special in order to discover her Christmas spirit and repair Kates image,

As she embraces the Christmas festivities the Christmas spirit begins to change her life and along the way, she reconciles with her estranged father Michael (Michael St. John Smith), learns to enjoy Christmas again and falls in love with her former beau.

Lucy Keller (Amanda Schull) works in Elmhurst at the home décor and design shop owned and run by her best friend Joan (Amy Groening) but her heart is “Project Christmas Wish” where she plays “Santa” in her small-town community, granting holiday related wishes.

The latest wish that Lucy plans to highlight is from eight-year-old Max (Averie Peters) who wishes for a "Christmas like it used to be,"

As she works to grant one wish, she unexpectedly finds her own wishes coming true with max’s father Lucas (Travis Van Winkle).

Promising musician Kate (Lucia Micarelli) has a lifelong dream of playing in the Rocky Mountain Philharmonic but following a brilliant audition her hopes are cruelly dashed and put on hold by an accident.

While recovering in her hometown during the Christmas holiday she reconnects with old family friend Patrick (Michael Rady) and finds someone who not only believes in her but someone who loves her, who she can love in return.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – SWEPT UP BY CHRISTMAS (2019)

Gwen (Lindy Booth) is an auctioneer employed to downsize a magnificent estate in the run up to Christmas for the dour reclusive owner Alan Hawthorne (Vlasta Vrana).

The success of the clearance is vitally important as her commission would set her up to purchase the auction house.

The fly in the ointment however is the head of the cleaning crew Reed (Justin Bruening) who she had worked with on a previous occasion so there is some friction between them but working on the new project offers them a second opportunity to slowly resolve their issues.

So as the two uncover the house's treasures, they help an aging father to resolve his relationship with his estranged daughter, an unlikely couple find love and lead themselves to find their true feelings and move on to a loving future together.

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – PIZZA AND WHINE (2021)

Four cousins, Jennifer (Raffaela Capp), Natalyn (Natasha Capp), Millie (Ayla Kell) and Stephanie (Lily Gibson) are summoned home for their beloved grandmother’s memorial by their estranged grandfather, Carlo (Robert Davi).

Having been excited to celebrate Christmas with each other the cousins are unhappy to be around their strict grandfather for the holidays but decide to make the most of the situation and throw a Christmas celebration their grandmother would have enjoyed, with a little pizza and wine.

But issues soon come to the surface and threaten to get in the way but eventually the girls remember family comes first and they celebrate with their grandfather at their side. 

THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – USS CHRISTMAS (2020)

 

Newspaper reporter Maddie Contino (Jen Lilley) embarks on a US Navy Tiger Cruise also known as the USS Christmas, during the festive season, where she meets handsome naval officer Lt. Billy Jenkins (Trevor Donovan).

Being a serious career officer, he is less than thrilled to be assigned to assist her in researching a story, but his attitude softens after stumbling on a romantic mystery in the ship's archive regarding an old love story and while doing so begin a love story of their own.

Four years after the death of her husband, Los Angeles based financial advisor Sara Bradley (Kellie Martin) still finds Christmas a very difficult time of the year and her and her daughter Chloe (Ava Preston) avoid the difficult conversation on Christmas and Rob’s death.

This year however she is given a last-minute weeklong assignment to Bigfork, Montana to help an important client, Travis Carson (Colin Ferguson), save his ranch, and she must take a reluctant Chloe on the business trip with her.

While there she explores every avenue to save the ranch, as her love of Christmas is rekindled, her relationship with her daughter repaired and her heart is opened to a new love.
