After hearing that her marketing ideas have been rejected by a client and that her boyfriend was staying in Europe and cancelling their Holiday plans Sadie (Malone Thomas) returns home for Christmas.
Almost
immediately after she arrives, she finds out her parents are retiring and that
they have sold the family confectionary business to a complete stranger with no
experience.
Despite
the fact she is resentful that she was never asked if she would like to take
over the business herself, she begrudgingly agrees to teach the new owner Alex
(Jason Burkey) everything she knows about chocolate,
and to her great surprise she finds herself falling in love with him.
