Tory Bell (Francia Raisa) is a New York City elementary schoolteacher but before that she was a Bounty Hunter like the rest of her family in New Jersey but while at a Christmas party with her boyfriend James (Will Greenberg) she takes a phone call from an escaped convict who she caught six years earlier, threatens her and her family so she returns to her parents in NJ to catch him again.
