When romantic event planner Zoe (Brittany Bristow) is dumped by her boyfriend when she was expecting a proposal, she seeks the advice of an advice columnist named Adora hoping to save her relationship.

However when Zoe tracks down Adora she discovers he's actually a man named Adam (Marcus Rosner).

In order to keep his secret he agrees to help her get her new business off the ground by going on twelve dates of Christmas and in the end manage to help each other into romance.
