THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIES EVER – HOMEGROWN CHRISTMAS (2018)

Maddie Finley (Lori Loughlin) has just sold the highly successful New York based company she built from the ground, Madd Shoes, and finds she has no idea what is next in her life.

So, she accepts the invitation of her mother, Peg (Gwynyth Walsh) to return home to her small hometown of Claremont for an extended Christmas.

Which would be the longest time in Claremont since she moved to New York seventeen years earlier, and relationships are strained with those she left behind, not least her old high school sweetheart Carter (Victor Webster), who it seems she cannot avoid running into, and tensions quickly arise.

However, when forced to put together a Christmas dance for the local high school, Carter and Maddie find themselves putting their differences aside and rediscover what made them fall in love all those years before.

CHRISTMAS DAY IS ALMOST HERE

Christmas day is almost here

The time of year

I hold so dear

When to tradition we must adhere

When to every ear

We are sincere

A time of goodwill and cheer

A time to care

A time to share

Christmas is when we banish fear

Keep close those near

And those dear

Christmas day is almost here

The time of year

When we revere

COMPLETE CHRISTMAS

I wrapped the presents from me to you,

Only a few more things now left to do

I must hang up the bunch of mistletoe

Pour the wine and turn the lights down low

And when we cuddle up together on the seat

My Christmas really will be complete

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS # 9

Twas the night before Christmas and at the North Pole

Some of the elves will be signing on the dole

There was a bit of a cock up with the naughty and nice list

When the elves in dispatch all got totally pissed

TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS # 8

Twas the night before Christmas and all thru the abode

Came the rancid smell like an un-emptied commode

It made your eyes water to be perfectly crude

Wow this baby needs to start eating solid food

DECEMBER SKY

Under the rich December sky

Breath plumed in the frost filled air

The winter sky sparkled with stars

Like diamonds stitched to the curtain of night

The moon was almost full

And from that December moon

The lunar light bathed the landscape

So that light sparkled on the ice crystals

Creating a myriad of twinkling stars

To mimic their celestial cousins
