Stella Murphy and Pablo Belmonte (Jessica Szohr and Marco Grazzini) have worked for six years as co-hosts on a house make-over show, House Sweet Home, Stella as designer and Pablo as contractor, and the bicker on and off screen like a married couple, even though they are only friends.
However, at Thanksgiving they discover their highest rated show of the
year is in jeopardy as the homeowners pull out.
the show's producer Zoe (Nicole Power) convinces Stella and her fiancé
Jack Hall (Mykee Selkin) to be the homeowners for the episode, as well as
holding their wedding in the completed house after the home reveal on Christmas
Eve.
Under the unfamiliar pressure of renovating her own home and having to
work more closely with Pablo than usual makes her reassess her choices.
