Windsor Hotel Chain Manager Erin (Tatyana Ali) is sent back to Garland Grove, her hometown, to oversee the completion of a new Hotel, which the townspeople are less than thrilled about, and her reward for making peace with the townsfolk is the Managership of the Windsor in Rome.
When she arrives in town, she discovers that her girlhood crush Connor
(Sean Patrick Thomas) is the leader of the opposition but even her chemistry
with him isn’t enough to sway them, but her decision to turn the Windsor into
an all-year-round Christmas Hotel
magically gets them on board.
