Real-estate executive Erika McNicoll (Jodie Sweetin) is sent to Garland Alaska just before Christmas by her boss Sharon (Vivica A. Fox) to acquire an Inn for redevelopment.
Unfortunately, it is owned and run by her ex, Andy Holliday (David O'Donnell).
When she gets there, she soon discovers that he is in financial difficulties,
but rather than capitalise on the situation she finds herself trying to help
him keep the inn and rekindled their relationship into the bargain.
