Elizabeth
Bird (Malin Akerman) is sent to her old hometown by her future father-in-law to
buy a Ski Resort from Randy Collins (Ryan Hansen).
She
hopes to do the deal as soon as possible and avoid having to see her estranged
parents Jimmy and Helen Bird (Chris Mullinax and Mary Maxson) and her sister
Lynn (Amy Smart), but Randy is unwilling to sell.
Without
a quick deal, Elizabeth is forced to stay and reunite with her family.
Elizabeth
realises that Randy is an old school mate and as her sister is focused on
winning The Christmas Classic at the resort for the tenth-year running,
Elizabeth changes her own focus and becomes desperate to finally beat her
sister and win Randy into the bargain.
