A year after New York junior editor Amber (Rose McIver) helped Prince Richard (Ben Lamb) ascend to the throne of Aldovia she is about to become his wife and replace his mother Queen Helena (Alice Krige).
However
after intense micromanagement and the suffocating Royal protocol she begins to
wonder whether or not she is cut out to be a Queen.
But
one thing she can do is investigate what is causing the political and financial
unrest that has struck the country aided by Princess Emily (Honor Kneafsey) and
Count Simon (Theo Devaney).
