Diane (Dee Wallace)
is hosting Christmas in the family home in Australia for her estranged and
dysfunctional family and as expected it’s a chaotic holiday gathering.
But
then an unexpected guest comes knocking on the door, in the form of Cletus (Sam Campbell) the ghost of Christmas past.
Dianes
past literally comes to haunt her and reminds her of a 20-year-old decision,
and they invite him in inside the family estate and then the killing starts.
The
stranger is revealed to be Diane's aborted foetus, very much alive and ready
for vengeance and is prepared to kill them all, especially Jerry (Gerard O'Dwyer),
her Down Syndrome son and Diane must somehow end the killing.
Geoff Morrell, David Collins, Sarah Bishop, Janis
McGavin and Alistair Bates also star.
