“A
Cosmic Christmas” is an animated tale about three aliens who come to Earth to
discover the true meaning of Christmas.
A
little boy named Peter explains what he believes it to be and shows them around,
but commercialism and greed seem to contradict his explanation of the meaning
of Christmas.
He
takes them to his parents’ house so his parents can explain but then Peter's
pet goose is kidnapped and a chase ensues but then the thief and Peter fall
through the ice and an exciting rescue is needed and it results in a new sense
of caring and sharing as the town rediscovers the real spirit of Christmas, and
the three visitors from outer space discover the true meaning of Christmas.
